It’s very good if you only have one cat but we have 5 and even though we have 2 other, larger fountains, this one has to filled up twice per day. It’s very quiet and easy to clean, simple filtering system that doesn’t take long to maintain. Wish it was a better size!

Haven't written a review yet as wanted to have it in use for a time to see whether it was "acceptable" to our cats - It has been installed for over a month now and is used by both cats who, now over 7 yrs old, are apparently more at risk of liver and kidney issues! They are discreet in their use and for a while we did not even know it was being used! Fluff in the filter on cleaning and topping up water proved to us that they do use it!

This fountain was easy to put together and get set up, and our cat seems to like it. I ordered it thinking it would be nice for her to have fresher water to drink, but I've now realised the cost that that entails! Instructions for this fountain seem to give conflicting advice on how often to change the filter, ranging from once every 1-2 weeks, to once every 4 weeks.
